The alarm sounds an extremely loud 115dB siren when glass panes are tampered with or broken and can be heard up to 700ft. (213m) away alerting you your family and neighbors of a potential intruder. High and Low sensitivity settings help to prevent false alarms; the High setting is best suited for fragile glass panes or windows that can be easily pushed open; the Low setting is less sensitive and works best in noisy or high traffic areas. Features a Sabre home security decal on the front to warn intruders that they’re likely to set off an alarm if they try to gain access into your home helping to deter breakins. A battery test button helps you to know if your alarm batteries are functional. This alarm requires four CR2032 batteries per alarm for a total of 8 (included).
